Thank you for visiting my site. It is a work in progress but hopefully you will get a flavour of some of the things I have been up to. I am lucky to have collaborated with so many brilliant people and companies over the last 9 years and hope to continue to do so.
I am a director, performer, facilitator and teacher amongst many things! The role I played as a full-time teacher as Head of Drama and Teacher of English at Cramlington Learning Village up until 2008 has had a lasting influence over my work. And the work I do managing the Newcastle InterAct Stroke Support service at the Cherryburn Ward at Newcastle General Hospital for the last 7 years has been a constant inspiration and gift. You can find out more about the service here at http://www.interactstrokesupport.org/
I love a challenge and I am always up for a conversation about projects big or small. Whilst I come from a theatre background, I love working with people from other disciplines and I am really interested in the skills-sharing and surprises that can come from working in this way.
The most important thing for me in any project I work on is telling a good story and telling it well.
If you would like to talk about any potential projects over a brew and some cake (I am an enthusiastic amateur baker), please do get in touch.
